Job Summary:

Enayetpur Spinning Mills Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead and oversee the overall operations of our spinning unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resources, and driving business growth

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end operations of the spinning mill, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain.
2. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
4. Lead and manage departments including production, HR, engineering, and administration.
5. Implement modern spinning technologies and continuous process improvements.
6. Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and minimize downtime.
7. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
8. Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for raw materials.
9. Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align production with market demand, ensure effective communication, and support business growth through strategic planning.
10. Analyze production data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
11. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve profitability and performance.
12. Build, train, and motivate a strong team to achieve organizational goals.

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (preferred).
2. Master’s degree in a relevant field or MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in spinning mills.
2. Strong knowledge of spinning processes, machinery, and quality standards.

Special Experience Requirement:

1. Must have proven hands-on experience in Melange yarn production.
2. Strong expertise in raw cotton mixing, fiber blending techniques, and maintaining shade consistency.
3. Practical knowledge of machinery and processes used in melange yarn manufacturing is highly required.
