Position: Senior Commercial Executive – Import & LC (Raw Cotton)

Karotoa Green Spinning Mills Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and responsible professional to manage our raw cotton import operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of LC, import procedures, and cotton quality handling within the spinning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle raw cotton import operations from start to finish
2. Manage and process Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and compliance
3. Monitor and coordinate shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery
4. Evaluate cotton quality and handle short claims in case of discrepancies
5. Ensure proper allocation of cotton as per company specifications and requirements
6. Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and logistics partners
7. Monitor and manage payment schedules for imports
8. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all import activities

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Textile Engineering, or related field)
2. 5–10 years of experience in LC, import, and raw cotton handling in Textile/Spinning Industry
3. Strong knowledge of import procedures, banking, and international trade
4. Ability to handle quality claims and supplier communication effectively
5. Good organizational and communication skills
